Tauranga City
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land firstly described in the Schedule to this notice to be service lane and vested in the Tauranga City Council;
(b) Pursuant to section 20 and to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described secondly and thirdly in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for service lane and vested in the Tauranga City Council
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
