Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), further declares:
(i) Area marked “K” on SO 60202 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 948/146, subject to mortgage B214919.5 and Gazette Notice B366111.
(ii) Area marked “J” on SO 60202 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 8B/301, subject to mortgage B214919.5 and Gazette Notice B366111.
(iii) Area marked “I” shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 1036/226, subject to mortgage B214919.5 and Gazette Notice B366111.
