Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of May 1995, stopping a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
11 May 1995, No. 45, page 1166, by deleting the words
“and to be dealt with as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948”.
