Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland Conservator
for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule and revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Third Schedule, all being subject to an agreement dated 2 March 2005 being reached between the department and the Auckland City Council.
The reversionary rights granted in the agreement will be protected by a caveat registered against the title containing the land described in the First Schedule.
