Pursuant to section 42 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Roger Kenneth McLeod, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
