the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, sections 6 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971, sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979, and also subject to Part IVA of the Conservation
Act 1987 and to transfer H. 982349.5 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
