Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for regional park and shall vest in the Bay of Plenty Regional Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette, subject to the rights in S469471, S589784, H482317, B427872.1, 5301878.6, 319359, 328095, B468638.3 and section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment
Act 1950.
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice hereby remains acquired for regional park and, pursuant to section 50, shall vest
in the Bay of Plenty Regional Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to the rights in 6020035.1.
(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice hereby remains acquired for regional park and, pursuant to section 50, shall vest
in the Bay of Plenty Regional Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
