Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the purposes of the management of sports fish or game and the protection of their habitat and shall
vest in Fish and Game Council Auckland/Waikato Region, subject to section 26S (5) of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
