Pursuant to sections 20, 50 and 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, in accordance with section 186 (4) of the Resource Management Act 1991, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for an electricity substation and vested in Counties Power Limited on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
