Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies
has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the above named society on the 17th day of June 2004, its surplus assets, being moneys held to its credit with ANZ National Bank Limited (Stratford Branch) be vested in Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited at Auckland.
This direction shall become final on the 6th day of January 2006.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
