Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies
has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the above named society on the 5th day of August 2002, its surplus assets, being moneys held to its credit by the University of Auckland (“the university”) and any further moneys that the university might receive on its behalf, be vested in the university.
This direction shall become final on the 8th day of November 2005.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
