This notice, effective from 22 December 2005, revokes and replaces the previous notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 September 2004, No. 127, page 3129, New Zealand Gazette, 19 May 2005, No. 80, page 1923 and New Zealand Gazette, 8 September 2005, No. 154, page 3827.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Notice 2005 No. 4 and shall come into force on 22 December 2005.
2. Fees—The Pharmacy Council of New Zealand sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
