Pursuant to part 6, sections 130 (1) (c) and (i) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
This notice sets out a new part fee for annual practising certificates to be charged by the Dietitians Board under the Act, from
1 December 2005.
This notice also amends previous wording in New Zealand Gazette, 5 August 2004, No. 95, page 2392* and New Zealand Gazette, 9 December 2004, No. 160, page 3992**.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Dietitians (Fees Amendment) Notice 2005.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 December 2005.
2. Fees—The Dietitians Board sets the fees (amendments), payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

*Old Wording:Renewal of an annual practising certificate purchased after the 1 April commencement of the APC year 500.00
New Wording:Issue of an annual practising certificate, if paid after 31 March, whilst holding a practising certificate for the previous year 500.00
**Old Wording:Assessment for eligibility to sit examination (Overseas Candidates Registration Examination) 400.00
New Wording: Equivalency assessment of overseas trained dietitians’ qualifications 400.00
