Orders were made in the Tauranga District Court on
16 February 2005, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1995 Mitsubishi Pajero, Registration No. ZY6569.
Against: Daimeon Francis Humphrys.
1988 Toyota Masterace, Registration No. UB5712.
Against: Carl Atwell.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 928 7200) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
