Pursuant to section 29 (1) (b) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and notice to the member under section 28 (2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have appointed
Miria June Andrews
as a member of the board of Counties Manukau DHB.
The appointment took effect on 16 February 2005 and will end on 9 December 2007.
