Health Boards
Pursuant to section 29 (1) (b) of, and clause 2 of Schedule 3 to, the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and notice to the member under section 28 (2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have reappointed
Airini Pirihira Tukerangi
as a member of the board of Counties Manukau District Health Board.
Pursuant to section 29 (1) (b) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and notice to the member under section 28 (2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have appointed
Gordon Joseph Blake
Michelle Taina Nathan
as members of the board of Waikato District Health Board.
The reappointment and appointments above take effect on 14 February 2005 and will end on 9 December 2007.
