Pursuant to section 28 of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, the Director-General of Agriculture and Forestry gives notice that:
1. the code of practice set out in the Schedule is approved for use in the management of risks under the Act;
2. the approval of the code of practice will take effect on the day following the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette; and
3. the code of practice may be inspected or purchased at the place of the owner or sponsor of the code as shown
in the Schedule.
