Pursuant to section 26C of the Judicature Act 1908,
Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, in
the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has
been pleased to appoint
Jeremy Paul Doogue, temporary Associate Judge of
the High Court
an Associate Judge of the High Court, the commission
to take effect on 1 December 2005.
