Pursuant to section 160 (3) of the Crown Entities Act
2004, I, The Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, hereby give notice that on 5 September 2005,
we, The Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, and The Honourable Chris Carter, Minister of Conservation, gave approval, under section 160 (1) (b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for the Eastern Fish and Game Council
to continue to hold a finance lease dated the 30th day of November 2001 for office equipment until 31 October 2005.
