Pursuant to section 9 of the Law Commission Act 1985,
Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to appoint
The Right Honourable Sir Geoffrey Winston Russell Palmer, of Wellington
to be a Commissioner and the President of the Law Commission for a term of five years on and from
1 December 2005.
