Pursuant to clause 9 (1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated
by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the lateness and the irregularity in connection with the mid-term election of parent representatives for the Tauranga Seventh-day Adventist School Board of Trustees held on 21 November 2005.
This notice takes effect the day after its notification.
