Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint
The Right Honourable Sir Kenneth James Keith, K.B.E., retired Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand
an Acting Judge of the Supreme Court for a term of
24 months from 14 November 2005.
