Pursuant to section 78N (1) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the boards of trustees of Parikino School and Ranana School and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to replace those boards.
As a consequence of this action, the notices of direction
for appointment of a limited statutory manager for the boards of trustees of Parikino School and Ranana School
(as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 October 2004,
No. 130, pages 3186 and 3187 respectively) are hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.
