Health and Disability Commissioner
Pursuant to section 44A of the Public Finance Act 1989, notice is hereby given that the Health and Disability Commissioner has delivered to the Minister of Health
his annual report for the year ended 30 June 2005, containing his financial statements and audit report for the same period.
The Health and Disability Commissioner has, with the consent of the Minister of Health, published the annual report.
