Orders were made in the Tauranga District Court on
26 October 2005, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1984 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. LJ7500.
Against: Duane David Leatham.
1988 Ford Falcon, Registration No. NI501.
Against: Conan Brooklyn Thomson.
1988 Honda Civic, Registration No. TU6377.
Against: Kerry Graeme Hodgson.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 928 7200) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
