Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 18 January 2005 at the Tauranga District Court, Mathew Thomas Thatcher was convicted of the following offences - driving with excess breath alcohol level (subsequent charge) and driving whilst disqualified - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1986 Mazda 323 GLX motor vehicle, Registration No. NF1263
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited
to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
