Pursuant to section 17 of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, notice is hereby given that Solid Energy New Zealand Limited has delivered to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises its annual report for the period ending 30 June 2005, containing its financial statements and audit report.
Solid Energy New Zealand Limited has, with the consent of the Minister for State Owned Enterprises, published the annual report.
