(as if that section had not been amended by the Public Finance Amendment Act (“PFAA”) 2004, in accordance with the transitional provisions in section 33 of that PFAA 2004), I give notice that the annual report of Archives
New Zealand Te Rua Mahara o te Kawanatanga for the
year ended 30 June 2005 has been published, containing
its financial statements, audit report and statement of responsibility for the period.
