Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Ministry of Justice hereby gives notice that it has delivered to the Minister of Justice the annual report of the Ministry
of Justice for the year ended 30 June 2005, which contains the financial statements, audit report and statement of responsibility for the same period, and has, with the consent of the Minister of Justice, published the annual report.
