Market Licence
Pursuant to section 87U (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41 (1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and
to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
22 September 2004, I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Access and Services in the Ministry of Transport, having received an application from Polynesian Blue Limited, of Apia, Samoa, has granted that airline an open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights for an indefinite term with effect from 14 October 2005.
