(as that section existed before the Public Finance Amendment Act 2004 came into force), in accordance with section 33 of the Public Finance Amendment Act 2004,
I give notice that the annual report of the Ministry for Culture and Heritage for the year ended 30 June 2005, including those statements and reports referred to in section 35 of the Public Finance Act 1989 (as that section existed before the Public Finance Amendment Act 2004 came into force), in accordance with section 33 of the Public Finance Amendment Act 2004 has been published.
