Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Annette King, Minister of Health, hereby revoke the notice issued in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 June 1991,
page 1821, which prohibits the prescribing of controlled drugs, including benzodiazepines and their derivatives, by Huta Tangaroa, medical practitioner of Auckland.
