Education Review Office
Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Finance Act 1989 (as that section existed before the Public Finance Amendment Act 2004 came into force), and in accordance with section 33 of the Public Finance Amendment Act 2004, I hereby give notice that the Education Review Office has published its annual report for the year ending 30 June 2005, containing
its financial statements, audit report and statement of responsibility for the period.
