Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Finance Act 1989
(as if that section had not been amended by the Public Finance Amendment Act (PFAA) 2004, in accordance
with the transitional provisions in section 33 of the
PFAA 2004), I give notice that the annual report of
the National Library of New Zealand Te Puna Matauranga
o Aotearoa for the year ended 30 June 2005 has been published, containing its financial statements, audit report and statement of responsibility for the period.
