Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint Geoff Mooar as commissioner for Ongarue School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Ongarue School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
