Pursuant to section 277 of the Accident Insurance Act
1998 and section 345 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001, I give notice that the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC), as regulator, has published the financial statements, together with the audit report, for the Non-Compliers Fund for the year ended 30 June 2005, on Thursday, 22 September 2005.
