Orders were made in the New Plymouth District Court
on 15 September 2005, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1985 Mitsubishi Mirage, Registration No. MB794.
Against: Derek Manihera Stubbings.
1995 Nissan Cefiro, Registration No. CKN672.
Against: Keeley Patetitaha Docherty.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 968 6500) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
