Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 94 (2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, that a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal has found against the following motor vehicle traders:
MVD 23/05Decision No.: Wn 35/05 Park Lane Motor Co Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1.350.00.
MVD 46/05Decision No.: Ak 78/05 YDL Enterprises NZ Limited (trading as Ace Motors) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $17,250.00 plus any insurance refunds and compensation of $483.92 and costs of $50.00.
MVD 54/05Decision No.: Ak 54/05 Buy Right Cars Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $5,000.00 plus any capital payments plus insurance refunds and costs of $50.00.
MVD 62/05Decision No.: Ak 29/05 Best Deal Cars Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $2,000.00 plus any capital payments plus insurance refunds plus compensation of $2,597.25 and costs of $50.00.
MVD 063/05Decision No.: Wn 30/05 Lincoln Douglas Darren (trading as Mike Darren LMVD) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $9,000.00 plus any capital payments which is to be reduced by $5,000.00.

MVD 118/05Decision No.: Ak 122/05 Apex Rental Cars Limited (trading as Apex Cars) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $4,400.00 plus any capital payments plus insurance refunds plus compensation of $408.44 and costs of $50.00.

MVD 143/05Decision No.: Ak 134/05 Papakura Motors (trading as Papakura Motors (1996) Limited) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $2,500.00 plus any capital payments plus insurance refunds plus compensation of $135.00 and costs of $50.00.
