Pursuant to section 11H of the District Courts Act 1947,
Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Mary Forbes Symmans, Community Magistrate, of Hamilton (to retire on 10 September 2005)
to be an Acting Community Magistrate, to carry out such functions and powers as are conferred on Community Magistrates, in such Courts at such times as the Chief District Court Judge may from time to time direct, under section 11C of the District Courts Act 1947, for a term of
24 months on and from 11 September 2005.
