Pursuant to section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice
is given that
Port of Napier Limited
was approved on 16 August 2005, as a place of first arrival into New Zealand for all types of vessels.
The written notice of approval may be inspected free of charge at the head office of the Ministry of Agriculture
and Forestry, ASB Bank House, 101-103 The Terrace, Wellington.
