Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 94 (2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, that a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal has found against the following motor vehicle traders:
MVD 249/04Decision No.: Ak 164/04 Semble Cars Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader to pay the purchaser the sum of $275.00 plus any capital payments plus any insurance refunds.
MVD 254/04Decision No.: Ak 26/05 Creditco Business andFinance Services Limited Rescission ordered. Trader to pay the purchaser any capital payments.
MVD 03/05Decision No.: Ak 62/05 Payless Rentals Limited Rescission ordered. Ordered that the trader collect the vehicle from the purchaser at the trader’s expense and pay the purchaser the sum of $5,900.00 plus damages of $500.00 and costs of $83.75.
MVD 24/05Decision No.: Wn 23/05 Shackel Motor Company Ordered that the trader refund the purchaser their deposit of $1.00 plus any capital payments. The purchaser to return the barbecue outdoor set to the trader.
MVD 25/05Decision No.: Ak 79/05 Grange Motor Company Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader to pay the purchaser the sum of $13,990.00 plus damages and expenses of $1,316.86 plus any insurance refunds.
MVD 30/05Decision No.: Ak 84/05 Paul John Northcote (tradingas Clevedon Wholesale) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $435.69.
MVD 32/05Decision No.: Ak 75/05 Milestone Motors Limited Ordered that the trader uplift the vehicle from the purchaser and contract rescinded. Trader to pay the purchaser any capital payments and insurance refunds plus costs of $95.00.
MVD 38/05Decision No.: Ak 74/05 Horizon Motors Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader to pay the purchaser any capital payments plus any insurance refunds plus costs of $196.25.
MVD 44/05Decision No.: Ak 73/05 Mike Vinsen Motors Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $781.82.
MVD 45/05Decision No.: Ak 88/05 Pioneer Enterprises Limited (trading as Grange Motor Company) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $6190.00 plus any capital payments and insurance refunds plus compensation of $3673.47 and costs of $50.00.
MVD 49/05Decision No.: Ak 81/05 New Zealand Wholesale Vehicles Limited (tradingas Car Express) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $10,500.00.
MVD 50/05Decision No.: Ak 94/05 Easy Drive Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader for the repair of the transmission and that the repair carriesa minimum of three months’ warranty.

MVD 61/05Decision No.: Ak 98/05 Buy Right Cars Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader to pay the purchaser the sum of $3,000.00 plus any capital payments plus any insurance refunds.
MVD 65/05Decision No.: Ak 92/05 Milestone Motors Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $253.75 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 72/05Decision No.: Ak 97/05 All Star Cars Henderson Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $2,909.09 plus $200.00 as a portion of the mechanical warranty and costs of $50.00.
MVD 79/05Decision No.: Ak 108/05 Ryan Autos Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $500.78 plus damages of $300.00 and costs of $250.00.
