Orders were made in the Tauranga District Court on
25 August 2005, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1993 Mazda Familia, Registration No. AAN361.
Against: Shane Allan Williams.
1995 Mitsubishi Diamante, Registration No. CSS10.
Against: Kahla Eve Flett.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 928 7200) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
