Orders were made in the Whakatane District Court on
3 August 2005, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1996 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. BUP172.
Against: Sheree Emily Moana Martin.
1996 Nissan Skyline, Registration No. AEQ172.
Against: Mark John Lieder.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 306 0200) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
