Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, under section 101 (7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve Friday, 23 September 2005, as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for the Rudolf Steiner School Board of Trustees, Tauranga.
I also approve Monday, 3 October 2005, as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.
This notice shall take effect the day after publication.
