Pursuant to section 81 (4) of the Human Assisted Reproductive Technology Act 2004, the Director-General of Health approves the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee ("the auditing agency") to audit the provision or likely future provision of the following kinds of health care services:
? Fertility services
This approval is not subject to any conditions.
Under section 81 (6) of the Human Assisted Reproductive Technology Act 2004, this approval will expire immediately before the commencement of the first notice under section 13 of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act that approves standards for fertility services.
