MVD 177/04Decision No.: Ak 53/05 The Royale Car Company Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,277.02.
MVD 259/04Decision No.: Ak 08/05 Norris Farrow Motorcycles Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,215.93 and costs of $50.00.
MVD 329/04Decision No.: Ak 193/04 United Wholesale Vehicles Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader to pay the purchaser $300.00 plus any capital payments and insurance refunds and costs of $50.00.
MVD 332/04Decision No.: Ak 07/05 Nippon Motors LMVD Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader to pay the purchaser $1,304.00 plus any capital payments.
MVD 345/04Decision No.: Ak 59/05 Winger Motors Limited Ordered that the trader pay to the purchaser the sum of $28,990.00 plus any capital payments and insurance refunds plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 346/04Decision No.: Wn 17/05 Southern Wholesale Limited (trading as Centra Motor Company) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $457.25.
MVD 372/04Decision No.: Ak 372/04 John Sharplin Motors Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $202.35.
MVD 377/04Decision No.: Ak 69/05 Fastlane Auto Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader to pay the purchaser the sum of $8,367.65 plus any insurance refunds.
MVD 398/04Decision No.: Ak 32/05 Cool Cars Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,092.11.
MVD 15/05 Decision No.: Ak 56/05 Ezybuy Car Auctions Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,000.00.
MVD 16/05Decision No.: Ak 57/05 Ezybuy Car Auctions Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $519.70.
MVD 22/05Decision No.: Ak 63/05 Richard Mark Wallace (trading as Intelligent Prestige) Ordered that the trader collect the vehicle from the purchaser at the trader’s expense and pay the purchaser the sum of $7,250.00 plus damages of $176.74 and costs of $92.00.
