Pursuant to section 65ZD of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance gives the following notice:
“On 8 July 2005, I, The Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, gave an indemnity in favour
of Brian Joseph Roche, under a Deed of Indemnity related to Mr Roche’s appointment as Crown Manager of Te Wananga o Aotearoa.”
