Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Dick Connolly
as commissioner for Swannanoa School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Swannanoa School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
