of Competence as a Scaffolder
Pursuant to Regulation 28 (2) of the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995, I, Graeme Buchanan, Acting Secretary of Labour, hereby withdraw recognition from the
Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation
as an organisation that may issue certificates of competence as a scaffolder.
This withdrawal of recognition has effect on and from
1 August 2005.
