Appeals Authority
Pursuant to section 129N (4) of the Immigration Act 1987, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased
to appoint
Peter John Andrew, of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for a term commencing on 27 June 2005 and ceasing on 30 June 2006; and
Martha Anne Roche, of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for a term commencing on 6 September 2005 and ceasing on
30 June 2006.
